What if I need to change or cancel my order once it’s submitted?
We want you to love your new Sunset Living Furniture as much as we do! If something isn’t quite right with your order, please reach out to us at customercare@sunsetlivingfurniture.com and we will do our best to assist you.
While we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes, please note that we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once the order is placed.
Where is your furniture manufactured?
All of our products are designed at our corporate Headquarters in beautiful Mt Pleasant, South Carolina. USA. To ensure the quality and value of our product, we work with exclusive factories in Vietnam to source and produce Sunset Living Furniture.
Can I shop the product in store?
Sunset Living Furniture sells all of our products exclusively online. If you have any questions about a product please reach out to our customer care team who is here to help!
Do you have a coupon code I can use for my purchase?
We do not offer coupons. Any current promotions or sales will be available directly on our site. For additional sales, please be sure to sign up for our newsletter.
How long does it take to receive my order once I place it?
Once we receive your order, it will take an estimated 2 - 5 business days* to process, pick & pack your order. After your order is processed, it will ship from either our warehouse in South Carolina or California. An email shipping notification is sent when your order ships. All orders ship FedEx.
